Global Digital Marketing Transformation Lead
With the Colombus Consulting Shift team we worked on a project to step-change our digital capabilities of the Nomex® Thermal Apparel business. The strategy focused on developing an enhanced End User experience in a complex B2B value chain for EMEA, with some needs for a Market place. The project introduced some new capabilities: Content Marketing, new Digital Marketing channels and campaigns, new Digital platform integrated with Marketing Automation and CRM, with an advanced Analytics framework.
Colombus supported the project and facilitated the development of business specifications and functional requirements in the design phase and had useful project management and functional workstream management support in the Build phase as well, including the implementation.
